Insurance

While I do not handle insurance claims directly, I will provide an invoice containing all the necessary information to seek reimbursement. By submitting this invoice to your insurance carrier, you may be eligible to get a portion reimbursed. I encourage you to look into the specifics of your health care plan.

Cancellations

I offer a 48-hour cancellation policy.
